I am currently living my life on the absolute cusp of spontaneity, in the sense that I go to sleep dreaming and either wake to a nightmare or like today, a continuation of the dream come a momentary nightmare.
I sleep with my phone off, for the sake of being undisturbed, and more so for the sake of taking interest in what contact people have attempted throughout the night.
This morning, I woke to a handful of emails, amidst Whatsapps and BBM’s, the priority email being one that I felt could answer a great number of current issues, alas, it didn’t, at all, and thusly put me in an immediate bad mood. I then read the other mails, and sitting in the position of ‘last in the pile’ was that silver lining that we should all strip off and take to the closest pawn shop; the confirmation of playing and the full line up of Parklife festival this year.
Not necessarily the first name in festivals, but with a LINE UP THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS it needn’t matter.
I could not be more honored to be sharing a stage with not only Dizzee Rascal, but more importantly De La Soul. Unreal.
